Where is my order?
Pull up live status on the order-status page. Enter your order number and email and you’ll see the latest from our shipping system — carrier, tracking number, ETA, and a link out to the carrier’s site. If you need more, there’s a built-in “need more info” form right on that page.
Most parts ship same-day if ordered before 3 PM CT. Tracking shows up the moment a label prints — usually within 24 business hours.
How do I cancel or change an order?
Use the self-service page — cancel an order, drop or swap specific items, or update the shipping address without waiting on a reply. We’ll pull your order live, you pick what to change, and a real person handles the rest.
How it works: if your order hasn’t shipped, we cancel or swap items at no charge. Once a label prints we can’t pull it back, but we’ll set up a refused-delivery refund or a return on arrival. Custom-built systems and special-order parts may not be cancelable after production starts — we’ll always tell you upfront.

What’s your return policy?
30 days from delivery on most stocked parts, in unused / resalable condition. Some sanitary items (cleaning chemicals, beverage lines that have been pulled, opened CO2/N2 components) aren’t returnable for safety reasons. Open a return through the “Start a return” button above or use the contact form — we’ll send the RMA and the right warehouse address.
How do I know which part fits my equipment?
Send us the make, model, and serial — and a photo of the data plate if you have it. Our techs do compatibility lookups all day; we’d rather spend two minutes confirming than have you order the wrong part. Live chat or the contact form is fastest.
Something arrived damaged, missing, wrong, or broken out of the box?
Use the damage-claim self-service page. Pull up your order, tick the items with an issue, pick the problem type (damaged / missing / wrong item / defective), attach photos, and tell us how you’d like it resolved — replacement, store credit, or refund. A real person handles it from there, usually within a few business hours.

Something I bought isn’t pouring right — how do I troubleshoot?
Most field issues (foaming, low pressure, no flow, leaks, balance problems) are diagnosable in a 5-minute call with our tech line. Our techs have seen every variant of every problem — faster than email back-and-forth.

Can you spec a full system for me?
Yes — that’s our favorite kind of ticket. Tell us venue type, drinks per hour at peak, flavor/line count, and any constraints (counter cutout, glycol run length, ambient temp at the rack). We’ll send back a full bill of materials — head unit, regulator, gas distribution, lines, FOBs, cleaning kit, the works. Usually within one business day.
