Where is my order?
Tracking goes out the moment a label prints — usually within 24 business hours of your order. If your order is past that and you haven’t seen tracking, send your order number through the form and we’ll pull the warehouse status. Most parts ship same-day if ordered before 3 PM CT.
How do I cancel or change an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, we can cancel or swap items at no charge — chat or call is fastest. Once a label prints we can’t pull it back, but we’ll help you set up a refused-delivery refund or a return on arrival. Custom-built systems and special-order parts may not be cancelable after production starts; we’ll always tell you upfront.
What’s your return policy?
30 days from delivery on most stocked parts, in unused / resalable condition. Some sanitary items (cleaning chemicals, beverage lines that have been pulled, opened CO2/N2 components) aren’t returnable for safety reasons. Open a return through the “Start a return” button above or use the contact form — we’ll send the RMA and the right warehouse address.
How do I know which part fits my equipment?
Send us the make, model, and serial — and a photo of the data plate if you have it. Our techs do compatibility lookups all day; we’d rather spend two minutes confirming than have you order the wrong part. Live chat or the contact form is fastest.
Something I bought isn’t working — what do I do?
First, don’t panic — most field issues are diagnosable in a 5-minute conversation. Open a ticket with the part, what it’s connected to, and what symptom you’re seeing (foaming, low pressure, no flow, leak, etc.). If it’s a true product defect, we’ll handle warranty replacement. If it’s an install or balance issue, we’ll walk you through the fix.
Can you spec a full system for me?
Yes — that’s our favorite kind of ticket. Tell us venue type, drinks per hour at peak, flavor/line count, and any constraints (counter cutout, glycol run length, ambient temp at the rack). We’ll send back a full bill of materials — head unit, regulator, gas distribution, lines, FOBs, cleaning kit, the works. Usually within one business day.
