Who actually qualifies?
Anyone ordering for a business operation. Breweries, bars, restaurants, hospitality groups, food trucks, beverage service companies, stadiums, hotels, private clubs, convenience stores — if you’re buying for a business and not your kitchen at home, you qualify. How long does approval take?
Usually 1–2 business days. A real person on our team reviews each application — not an algorithm — so we get it right the first time. You’ll get an email when you’re approved with sign-in instructions.
How does the 3% back work?
3% of every order is auto-added to your account as store credit. Use it as a payment method at checkout whenever you want.
Do you really offer net 30 terms?
Yes — for qualified accounts. After your account is approved, you can apply for net 30 terms at checkout. We run a quick credit check on the business, and once you’re cleared every order ships before payment is due. Most established businesses qualify.
Is there an order minimum?
No. HowdyPro pricing applies on every order, even a single replacement coupler. The 3% back, net 30 terms, and account rep all work whether you’re ordering one part or fifty.
Can my whole team use the account?
