Find your order

Enter the order number from your confirmation email and the email used at checkout. We’ll pull the order so you can pick what to change.

Order number Either the short reference (#68838) or the long order ID (6809969164504) works — both are on your confirmation email. We need the order number to pull the order.

Email used on the order Enter the email used at checkout.

We use the email to verify it’s your order. Nothing gets shared.

What do you want to do?

Cancel the entire order Stop the order before it ships. We’ll refund anything that’s already been charged. Cancel or change specific items Drop a couple line items, change quantities, or swap one for another. Change the shipping address Update the delivery address before the label prints.

A real person reviews every cancel request. If your order is still in the warehouse we’ll pull it; if it’s already shipped, we’ll set up a refused-delivery refund instead.

What we can and can’t change

Hasn’t shipped yet? We can cancel, change items, or update the address at no charge.

Already shipped? We can’t pull a label back, but we’ll set up a refused-delivery refund or a return on arrival.

Custom-built systems? Cancellation may not be possible once production starts. We’ll always tell you upfront.
