The digital thermostat provides the wider temperature range needed for both reds and whites, while the active fan-cooled tower ensures the first glass is as perfectly chilled as the last.
Wine Setup Tip: For the best results, use Nitrogen or Argon gas at 5-8 PSI for serving still wines to prevents oxidation. This unit includes a dual-gauge Nitrogen regulator and all necessary high-purity Barrier tubing. The V2's superior insulation and quiet operation make it ideal for home entertainment areas or boutique wine bars. Fits up to three 5-gallon wine kegs.
