Is the IBD25H the right dispenser for your build?

The 25H sits between the IBD22H (6-valve) and IBD30H (10-valve) — 8 flavors, 25" wide. Answer 3 questions and we'll confirm or route you to the right sibling.

1. What's the situation?

2. How many flavors do you need on tap?

3. About how many drinks per day at peak?

4. What kind of ice will you be serving?

2. What dispenser are you replacing?

3. Why are you replacing it?

Build the complete 8-valve install in one click

The IBD25H is the head unit. To actually pour drinks you also need a CO₂ supply, regulator, carbonator, BIB racks, syrup pumps (one per valve), water filter, backflow preventer, and tubing. We've pre-specced all of it from Lancer's install guide. Uncheck what you already have.

Complete IBD25H install bundle (8-valve)

Required + recommended components per Lancer's install guide. Quantities scale with valve count — 8 syrup pumps and 4 BIB racks for the 25H's 8 flavors.

Six things you connect, one thing you fill

A post-mix dispenser is just a precision blender for water + CO₂ + flavor syrup, chilled by an ice bath. Here's what plumbs into the 8-valve 25H.

    Before your installer shows up

    Pre-install checklist

Seven things to confirm before the truck arrives. Saves a return visit.

115V outlet within 6 ftDedicated 15A circuit recommended. Standard residential receptacle is fine.
Cold water line, 1/4" min40+ PSI flowing. If under 40, add the booster pump from the bundle.
Floor drain with air gap3/8" line. Code requires the air gap — don't hard-pipe.
CO₂ supply staged20 lb tank fits under most counters. Fill at a local welding/beverage gas supplier.
Counter cutout (if drop-in)25" × ~21" deep — 3" wider than the IBD22H. Measure your existing cutout if replacing.
Ice machine within reachHalf-cube or smaller. Bin holds 180 lb but doesn't make ice — supply is on you.
    BIB shelf / under-counter spaceEach BIB rack is ~24" × 12". You'll need 4 racks for 8 valves.
    Common questions

What buyers ask before they pull the trigger

The 25H is the middle child. IBD22H is 22" wide / 6 valves. The 25H is 25" wide / 8 valves with the same 180 lb ice bin. IBD30H jumps to 30" / 8-or-10 valves with a 250 lb bin. If you need 8 flavors but want the smaller ice bin (lower restock frequency, less under-counter space needed), the 25H is the right pick.
Standard 115V — the same outlet you'd plug a microwave into. Dedicated 15A circuit is recommended so the carbonator and dispenser aren't fighting another appliance, but it's not strictly required.
No — and this is the #1 surprise on first-time installs. The 25H is the head unit only. You also need a carbonator (we ship the McCann's Big Mac), CO₂ supply, regulator, syrup pumps (8 of them), BIB racks, and tubing. The bundle above includes all of it pre-specced from Lancer's install guide.
Any commercial machine producing half-cube, full-cube, or smaller. Manitowoc Indigo, Hoshizaki KM, Scotsman Prodigy — all standard. Bigger cubes will jam the agitator. Volume-wise, plan ~1 lb ice per 4–5 drinks; the 180 lb bin handles ~700 drinks before refill at peak. For higher-volume sites, the IBD30H's 250 lb bin gives you more runway.
Daily: drain the ice bin, wipe the cold plate, sanitize the nozzles and trays. Weekly: chemical syrup-line cleaning per BIB. Quarterly: change the BEV135 water filter and inspect the backflow preventer. We sell the cleaning kits — call our techs if you want a maintenance bundle priced out.
No — the IBD25H chassis is hard-built for 8 valves. If you think you'll need 9+ within a year or two, step up to the IBD30H 10-valve. Same install pattern, larger ice bin, room for the extra valves. Call our techs and we'll quote both side by side.
Lancer factory warranty is 1 year parts and labor on the head unit. We stock the IBD25H — most orders ship same-day if placed before 2pm CT, ground transit 3–5 days to most US zips. International freight available, call for a quote.

    Still unsure? Call the techs.

You're spending $3K+ on a 10-year piece of equipment. A 5-minute call with someone who's installed 200 of these is free, and almost always cheaper than the wrong order.
