This high-precision micro switch is a genuine replacement component for Lancer LEV (Lancer Electric Valve) soda dispensing heads. Specifically engineered for the 3.0 oz. and 4.5 oz. valve configurations, this switch serves as the primary electrical trigger that activates the solenoid to dispense syrup and carbonated water. Designed to fit Lancer Valve Models 100 and 145, this industrial-grade micro switch ensures instantaneous response times and reliable "click" tactile feedback, maintaining consistent drink portioning and brix ratios in high-volume fountain environments.
- Compatibility: Lancer LEV 3.0 oz. and 4.5 oz. Soda Valves
- Supported Models: Lancer Model 100 and Model 145 Series
- Function: Electrical trigger for solenoid activation (Dispense Switch)
- Durability: Rated for millions of mechanical cycles in commercial foodservice
- Installation: Snap-in design with standard spade terminal connections
- Reliability: Moisture-resistant housing prevents short-circuiting in high-humidity dispenser heads
Technician's Note: If a fountain head is intermittently failing to dispense or "sticking" in the ON position, the micro switch is the most common culprit. Over time, the internal spring tension can weaken or the contacts can become pitted from electrical arcing. When installing this replacement on a Model 145, ensure the lever arm on the valve cover is properly aligned with the switch button; if the alignment is off by even a millimeter, the valve may dispense sporadically or leak.
