Technician's Installation Note: When installing the new manifold, ensure all inlet lines are clean and free of syrup crystals. Lubricate the primary O-rings with food-grade silicone grease (Petrol-Gel) to ensuring a perfect 100% airtight seat during reassembly. Calibrate the brix ratios using a specialized brix cup once the system is under pressure to ensure perfect beverage quality across all 14 selections.
