The Winco PSUD-48 is a 48-ounce commercial syrup dispenser built for diners, breakfast service, and any operation pouring pancake syrup, table syrup, or thick condiments at speed. The stainless steel slide-cover spout opens with a single press, dispenses cleanly without drip, and closes on release to keep syrup fresh and bug-free between uses.
Why Slide-Cover vs. Spring-Top
Slide-cover dispensers seal the spout flat against the body. They do not drip, they do not crust over with sugar, and they are faster to clean than spring-loaded syrup-pitcher pours. The vented lid prevents the vacuum-lock you get with thicker syrups on hot griddles. For high-turnover breakfast service, this is the format that holds up.
Cleaning
Disassembles fully. The lid, slide-cover spout, and body all separate for dishwasher cleaning. Stainless components stand up to commercial dish-machine cycles. Replacement lids and slide-covers available individually.
