The Winco C-DPFH is a 21-inch hinged dome cover designed for full-size steam table pans and buffet service. Hinged design keeps the cover attached to the pan during service so it cannot get misplaced, and the dome height clears tall serving spoons and tongs without compressing food in the well below.

Buffet vs. Loose Cover

Loose dome covers walk off, get stacked in the wrong order, and force servers to find a clean rest spot every time they portion. A hinged dome cover stays attached, lifts open with one hand, and falls back into the closed position automatically. Faster service, fewer cross-contamination events, less broken polycarbonate.

Sizing and Material

21 inches matches standard full-size hotel pans (the GN 1/1 standard at 20-7/8 inches actual). Polycarbonate construction is dishwasher-safe and shatter-resistant to roughly 200 F - it handles steam-table heat without warping but should not be heated empty. NSF-listed for direct food contact.

Maintenance

Hand-wash or commercial dishwasher safe. Inspect the hinge pin annually for wear. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct flame or high-heat ovens (polycarbonate softens above 240 F).
