This 5/16" ID tubing features a specialized thermoplastic liner that provides an exceptional oxygen barrier and zero flavor absorption, ensuring your beverages stay fresh for longer. The thin-wall 7/16" OD design offers superior flexibility for routing through tight spaces while maintaining professional antimicrobial properties. It is heat-resistant up to 200°F, making it suitable for both cold and high-temp cleaning cycles.
Technician's Installation Tip: Because it is PVC-free, this tubing is slightly stiffer than standard vinyl. To ensures a 100% leak-proof seal on 5/16" barbs, soak the end of the tubing in hot water for 30 seconds to soften the liner before installation. Always secure with an Oetiker stepless clamp for permanent reliability in pressurized gas or liquid systems.
