The McDantim Dual Trumix Gas Blender is the professional standard for commercial draft systems serving both standard beers and nitro stouts. This blender accurately mixes pure Nitrogen and CO2 to two specific ratios: 25% CO2 (for Nitro stouts) and 70% CO2 (for high-pressure push systems). This eliminates the need for expensive pre-mixed cylinders and ensures your gas ratios remain consistent, preventing over-carbonated or flat beer.

Technician's Note: This unit requires separate pure Nitrogen and pure CO2 sources. For the blender to function accurately, both inlet pressures must be set identically (typically 10-15 PSI above the highest serving pressure). Mount the unit vertically on a wall in the keg room. Periodically check the outlet pressures with a test gauge to ensure factory calibration.
