The 2" Tri-Clamp Weldless Bulkhead allows you to add a professional sanitary port to any kettle or fermenter without the need for welding. Simply drill a hole and bolt the bulkhead into place. Constructed from high-quality 304 stainless steel, it features high-temperature food-grade silicone gaskets to ensures a 100% pressure-tight and leak-proof seal. This bulkhead is perfect for installing heating elements, large-bore dump valves, or 2" TC accessories on standard brewing vessels.
Brewery DIY Tip: Use a 1-7/8" or 2" step-drill bit to create a clean, burr-free hole in your kettle. Ensure the silicone washers are placed correctly—one on the inside and one on the outside of the vessel wall. Hand-tighten the internal nut, then finish with a 1/4 turn of a wrench. The 2" TC flange provides a robust mounting point for heavy accessories while maintaining brewery sanitation standards.
