Technician's Pro-Tip: To prevents oxidation, always purge the destination tank with inert gas before starting the transfer. Set your gas regulator to no more than 3-5 PSI—excessive pressure can damage the barrel staves. The adjustable height allows you to leave trub and lees at the bottom of the barrel. The 304SS construction is safe for boiling wort and all standard brewery sanitizers.
