This lid features two pre-drilled holes for the immersion chiller and recirculation arm, providing a perfect fit that ensures your brewery remains thermally efficient and sanitary.
Brewery Tip: To prevent condensation from obscuring your view, ensures the lid is seated squarely on the kettle rim. While tempered glass is highly resistant to heat, avoid extreme thermal shocks (e.g., placing a hot lid on a cold metal table). Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap; the stainless steel rim is safe for use with standard brewery sanitizers like Star San.
