The KegLand Ratchet Pulley is a essential tool for "Brew-In-A-Bag" (BIAB) and BrewZilla users. This heavy-duty locking pulley allows you to easily lift a heavy, wort-soaked malt pipe or grain bag out of your kettle for drainage and sparging. The integrated ratchet mechanism automatically locks the load at any height, preventing accidental drops and allowing you to perform a hands-free sparge. Rated for high weight capacity to handle 10-gallon batch grists.

Brewery Setup Tip: Mount the pulley to a secure overhead beam or a heavy-duty tripod. For the easiest lift, use the 2:1 mechanical advantage by threading the rope through the grain bag handle and back up to the pulley. To release the load, simply pull the release lever while maintaining tension on the free end of the rope.
