This kit includes a flexible silicone dip tube with a stainless steel ball float, ensuring you always pull the clearest beer from the top of the fermenter. Also includes two stainless steel carbonation caps for gas-in and liquid-out connections, allowing for closed-system transfers and carbonation under pressure.
Technician's Pro-Tip: To ensure the ball float doesn't get stuck against the side of the tank, trim the silicone tubing so that the float sits approximately 2 inches above the bottom when the tank is empty. This prevents the float from picking up yeast sediment while still allowing you to harvest nearly every drop of clear beer.
