This 304 Stainless Steel 3/8" Barb Plug is a sanitary solution for capping off unused beverage or gas lines in a manifold. Unlike plastic plugs that can harbor bacteria or leak under high pressure, this stainless steel component is non-porous and highly resistant to caustic cleaners. The 3/8" barb ensures a secure, high-friction fit inside standard 3/8" ID tubing.
Installation Note: To ensure a 100% leak-proof seal in a pressurized gas system, always secure the plug with a stainless steel worm-gear clamp or an Oetiker stepless clamp. This prevents the plug from "shooting out" during pressure spikes.
