Constructed from high-durability, food-safe elastomer, it is designed to withstand the constant pressure and high-sugar environment of soda concentrates for long-term reliability in high-volume bars and restaurants.
Technician's Repair Tip: If your soda gun is "creeping" or inconsistent in its brix ratio, the flow regulator seal is likely worn or flattened. When replacing, ensures the regulator housing is clean of dried syrup residue. Apply a tiny amount of food-grade silicone grease (Haynes Lubri-Film) to the O-ring to prevent it from pinching during reassembly, ensuring a perfect 100% airtight seat.
