This specialized O-ring ensures a pressure-tight seal for the viewing chamber or internal valves, preventing gas leaks and ensuring the float mechanism operates correctly. Constructed from high-durability, food-safe rubber, it is designed to withstand the frequent pressure changes and cleaning chemicals used in commercial draught systems.
Maintenance Tip: If you notice beer or CO2 leaking around the FOB chamber, the O-ring is likely the culprit. When replacing, ensure the sealing surface is perfectly clean and free of "beer stone." Apply a light coating of food-grade silicone grease to the O-ring to prevent it from bunching during reassembly, ensuring a 100% airtight seal.
