The Manitowoc IDT1900W is a water cooled commercial modular ice machine head that produces up to 1900 lb of full cube ice every 24 hours, for operations that cannot afford to run dry. As a modular head it stacks onto whichever Manitowoc storage bin or ice dispenser fits your space, so you size production and storage independently to your peak.

Full dice cube is the slow-melting, high-displacement standard for bars, restaurants, and bagging, and it holds its shape in a glass without watering the drink down.

This is the water-cooled model, which carries condenser heat away through a water line instead of into the room, the right pick for hot kitchens or tight, enclosed spaces that lack the clearance an air-cooled unit needs, with the tradeoff of added water use.
