Symptoms of Failure: Drinks tasting 'flat' or watery despite full CO2 tanks, the carbonator pump 'short-cycling' (turning on/off rapidly), or the manual reset button tripping frequently due to internal vane friction or scale buildup.

Technician’s Note: Never run the carbonator without a constant water supply. Dry running will destroy the internal brass vanes within minutes. Ensure the water inlet pressure is regulated to at least 25 PSI below your CO2 setting to allow the pump to overcome tank pressure.
