The Lancer Syrup Separator HMFN Kit is the internal fluid isolation component designed to keep different syrup circuits from cross-contaminating at the manifold. It uses high-durometer gaskets to provide a physical divider between pressurized syrup streams.
Problem Solved: Eliminates flavor carry-over and ensuring that each beverage brand maintains its distinct, intended taste profile. Fixes cases where 'Cola' tastes like 'Lemon-Lime'.
Symptoms of Failure: Drinks tasting like a mix of multiple flavors, visible syrup migration between lines, or failure to achieve a pure water/soda stream during system purge.
Technician’s Note: Check the internal gaskets for nicks. A single damaged seal allows pressurized syrup to bypass the divider, causing flavor contamination across the entire station. Lube seals with food-grade silicone during install.
