The Lancer Splash Plate with DT 8000 is the primary stainless steel moisture barrier and drainage interface for the 8000 series. It protects internal motors and electronics from beverage splash and condensation, providing a smooth, non-porous surface that meets modern health code requirements.
Problem Solved: Maintains a sanitary serving area and prevents liquid ingress into the internal mechanical compartment which can lead to motor failure. Replaces bent or corroded plates that allow syrup to bypass the drain box.
