The Lancer Plug Adjustment Assembly Syrup LEV is a specialized sealing and calibration component used to block unused manifold ports. It provides the high-pressure seal required to maintain system stability and prevents concentrated syrup from leaking into the cabinet interior.
Problem Solved: Ensures system pressure integrity and prevents fluid leaks from unoccupied manifold or valve ports. Essential for customizing flavor counts on multi-valve manifolds.
Symptoms of Failure: Audible gas leaks at the manifold, syrup dripping from the manifold rear, or inability to achieve proper line pressure for Brix calibration.
Technician’s Note: Lube plug seals with food-grade silicone before seating. Dry plugs are prone to rolling during installation, creating a hidden leak that only appears after the unit is pressurized.
