The Lancer Sealed LFCV (Lever Flow Control Valve) is a high-speed dispensing head designed for heavy-duty commercial service. The 'Sealed' designation means the internal flow control modules and brix adjusters are encapsulated to protect them from external syrup splash and cleaning chemicals. This valve includes the adapter required for quick-disconnect mounting blocks.
Problem Solved: Corrects inconsistent beverage flavor caused by 'Brix drift.' Standard valves can have their ratios altered by mineral buildup or sticky residue; the sealed LFCV maintains a perfect 5:1 ratio for much longer service intervals. Its 4.5 oz/sec flow rate is ideal for high-volume accounts that need to fill large cups quickly.
