The Lancer LEV 3.0 Crew Serve Lever Valve is the precision fluid management head responsible for mixing syrup and water at the factory-specified 5:1 ratio. Engineered for back-of-house high-speed service, it features ceramic flow modules that maintain ratio accuracy regardless of line pressure surges.
