The Lancer Harness Assembly GMV/Versa-Pour is the dedicated wiring bridge for valves utilizing the Cherry-style microswitch. It carries the low-voltage trigger signal from the mechanical lever to the main control board. Featuring high-flex copper wire and OEM Molex connectors, it is designed to withstand the millions of cycles required in commercial beverage service.
Symptoms of Failure: If a valve works sometimes but not others, or if you have to wiggle the lever to get product to flow, the harness likely has a 'hairline' break or a corroded connector pin. 'Ghost' pours—where the valve fires without anyone touching it—are often caused by syrup wicking into this harness and creating a micro-short.
