The Lancer Harness Agitator FS16 is the electrical wiring bus responsible for transmitting low-voltage control signals and power between the main PCB and the ice bin agitator motor. Engineered with high-flex copper and moisture-resistant insulation, it is designed to withstand the high-vibration environment of the 16-valve unit frame.
Problem Solved: Eliminates unreliable connectivity and solves intermittent sensor or valve firing errors caused by signal continuity loss. Restores the automated agitation cycles required to break up ice bin clumping.
Symptoms of Failure: Dispensing valves firing randomly ('ghosting'), the agitator motor failing to cycle when the bin is full, or findings of moisture-rotted insulation at the motor plug interface.
