The Lancer Gasket for Bubbler Bowl is the precision-molded elastomer seal responsible for maintaining a watertight barrier between the agitation bowl and the chilling plate. Engineered from food-grade material, it is designed to withstand constant pressure from the agitator spray while preventing product leaks onto the dispenser base.
Problem Solved: Restores the primary fluid seal, preventing expensive product waste and messy counters. Replaces seals that have become compressed, pitted, or cracked from sugar-acid exposure.
Symptoms of Failure: Sticky syrup pools at the base of the bubbler bowl, a noticeable drop in product level over time, or find moisture entering the refrigeration cabinet from above.
