Maintenance Note: To prevent "sugar-rot" and odors, rinse the tray and grate daily with warm water and a mild sanitizer. This tray is the primary defense against countertop damage; ensure the internal drain port is clear of syrup buildup to prevent water from backing up into the dispenser housing. The 30" width provides ample coverage for multi-valve fountain units.
