The Lancer Diffuser One Piece LPV is the internal fluid-shaping component located within the nozzle assembly. Its primary role is to manage the velocity of the beverage stream, breaking up turbulence to ensure maximum CO2 retention and a smooth, splash-free pour into the glass.
Problem Solved: Eliminates excessive splashing and reduces 'foaming' at the nozzle, ensuring maximum carbonation in the drink. Replaces worn or sugar-clogged diffusers that ruin the beverage profile.
Symptoms of Failure: Turbulent, splattering pours, inconsistent drink fill levels, or excessive carbonation loss ('flat' drinks) during the dispense cycle.
Technician’s Note: Clean diffusers with a soft brush during nozzle sanitization. Dried sugar crystals in the diffuser ports break the laminar flow, creating foam. Never use sharp tools to clear the ports as scratches will cause permanent foaming.
