BRY-97 is a neutral strain that allows the hops and malt to be the stars of the show, making it the definitive choice for West Coast IPAs, Pale Ales, and Cream Ales. It ferments efficiently and settles firmly, resulting in brilliantly clear beer without the need for extensive filtration.

Brewery Tip: BRY-97 has a slightly longer lag time than some other strains; ensures you pitch at the recommended temperature (64-72°F) and provides adequate oxygenation to the wort. For the best results in high-gravity batches, consider a yeast nutrient addition at the start of fermentation. Rehydrating in sterile water at 85°F for 15 minutes ensures the highest viable cell count.
