Brewery Setup Tip: For the most accurate readings, tape the temperature probe to the side of your fermenter and cover it with a piece of foam insulation; this ensures the controller measures the liquid temperature rather than the air inside the fridge. The A419 features a compressor delay function to protect your refrigeration unit from "short-cycling," which can lead to premature motor failure.
