Overview
The Hoshizaki IM-544SAK is a modular commercial ice machine head that produces up to 453 pounds of full cube ice per day. As a head unit it stacks onto a matching Hoshizaki storage bin (sold separately), letting you size production and storage independently for your space and volume. Its hard, clear full cube melts slowly and looks clean in the glass, a fit for upscale bars and cold beverage service.
Engineered for continuous duty, it is built around a corrosion-resistant stainless steel evaporator and an air-cooled refrigeration system running on R290 (Hydrocarbon) refrigerant.
