Overview
The Hoshizaki F-801MWJ is a modular commercial ice machine head that produces up to 680 pounds of flake ice per day. As a head unit it stacks onto a matching Hoshizaki storage bin (sold separately), letting you size production and storage independently for your space and volume. Its soft, moldable flake ice packs tightly around product, ideal for seafood and produce displays, blended drinks, and therapy use.
Engineered for continuous duty, it is built around a corrosion-resistant stainless steel evaporator and a water-cooled refrigeration system running on R404A refrigerant. Hoshizaki's reputation for reliability and long service life makes it a specify-once head for operators who run ice around the clock.
