The Helix Coil makes for an excellent false bottom replacement, and installs easily on most cooler mash tuns and kettles. No matter how the coil rests, whether in a perfect circle or looped, the Helix works effectively as long as it isn't kinked. Measures 3.3 ft. in length and can be cut shorter if desired. Replace your bulky mash tun false bottom or install in your boil kettle as a trub filter. Made from 304 grade stainless steel.

If your kettle has 1/2" FPT on the inside, you will need a 1/2" MPT nipple to attach the tee.
