Technician's Note: Most standard draught towers come with 2" or 2.5" bolts, which often fall short when mounting through a thick granite countertop or a custom-built insulated bar box. These 4" bolts provide the necessary "reach" for deep-deck installations. When installing, always hand-tighten the nuts first to ensure the tower is perfectly centered over the shank holes; over-torquing stainless steel hardware can occasionally lead to "galling" (cold welding), so a drop of food-grade lubricant on the threads is recommended for a smooth, permanent install.
