Industrial Technician's Note: This unit requires a dedicated 115V/20A circuit, a CO2 supply, and Bag-In-Box syrup connections. To maintain peak freeze times, ensures the machine has at least 12 inches of clearance on all sides for airflow. Clean the front air filter weekly and perform a full chemical sanitize of the flavor cylinders every 30 days to ensures food safety and protect your warranty.
