Wine Maker's Tip: This kit comes with GenuWine Winery Crushed Grape Skins; ensure they are fully submerged in the fermenting must for maximum color and tannin extraction. To bring out the best of the Carménère's spicy notes, allow the wine to age for at least 6-9 months after bottling to let the tannins soften and the bouquet develop.
