Citra® Brand HBC 394 is the most sought-after hop in modern craft brewing, known for its intense tropical fruit and citrus characteristics. These T-90 hop pellets deliver a complex profile of grapefruit, lime, melon, and lychee. While it has high alpha acids for bittering, Citra is most effectively used as a late-boil addition, whirlpool addition, or dry hop to maximize its signature punchy aroma in IPAs, Pale Ales, and Sours.
