Capping Pro-Tip: Bolt the capper to a heavy piece of plywood or your workbench using the integrated mounting holes to ensures it doesn't tip during high-speed bottling. Apply a tiny amount of food-grade grease to the internal capping bell once a year to prevent the metal from sticking to the newly-formed bottle cap. Adjust the height so the bell sits 1/2 inch above the bottle for the most efficient stroke.
