Featuring a specialized valve design, it can be used for both gravity-fed filling from a bucket and for pressurized filling from a keg (when used with a stopper). Its standard 3/8" OD fits perfectly into most beverage tubing and provides a gentle, bottom-up fill to minimize aeration and preserve the delicate flavor and aroma of your homebrew. Constructed from high-clarity, food-grade materials for easy visual monitoring.
Bottling Pro-Tip: To fill, press the tip of the filler against the bottom of the bottle; the flow will stop automatically when you lift the filler. The displacement of the filler creates the perfect headspace in the neck of a standard 12 oz or 750 ml bottle. Sanitize the filler with Star San before use. The dual-function design is ideal for brewers who move between bottling from a fermenter and bottling from a finished keg.
