Brewery Usage Tip: Add 1 teaspoon per 5 gallons of wort during the last 15 minutes of the boil. This ensures the nutrients are fully dissolved and sanitized before the yeast is pitched. For very high-gravity batches (over 1.080 OG), consider using a double dose or performing a staggered nutrient addition to support the yeast through the increased alcohol stress.
