The Micro Matic 3/8" I.D. Polyethylene (Poly) tubing is a high-performance, brewery-approved solution for high-volume beverage and gas distribution. Sold by the foot, this tubing is manufactured from 100% virgin, food-grade linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), ensuring it is completely taste-free, odorless, and BPA-free. While more rigid than vinyl, this poly line is engineered to withstand higher service pressures and resist environmental stress cracking, making it the ideal choice for long-draw gas lines or water-fed equipment. Its smooth internal bore provides a high flow rate while resisting the buildup of minerals and bacteria, maintaining the integrity of your draft system or water supply.

  • Brand: Micro Matic (The industry leader in draft quality)
  • Internal Diameter (I.D.): 3/8" (Optimized for high-flow gas and liquid delivery)
  • Ordering: Sold by the foot (Order 1 unit for 1 foot; multiple units ship as one continuous length)
  • Material: Food-grade Polyethylene (LLDPE) – Non-toxic and chemical-resistant
  • Durability: Highly resistant to kinking, swelling, and rotting in high-moisture environments
  • Compatibility: Designed for use with 3/8" barbed fittings or 3/8" O.D. quick-connect (John Guest) fittings
  • Applications: CO2/Nitrogen gas distribution, water filtration lines, and ambient beverage transfer
  • Transparency: Translucent finish for easy monitoring of fluid flow and line cleanliness
Pro Installer Note: In professional draft beer setups, 3/8" Poly tubing is often used as a "trunk" or main gas line because its rigidity prevents pressure drops over long distances. If you are using this with barbed fittings, we recommend dipping the end of the tube in hot water for 20-30 seconds to soften the poly before sliding it over the barb. For a permanent, leak-proof seal under pressure, always secure the connection with an Oetiker 170SL or 185SL stepless ear clamp.
