Brewery Setup Tip: Use the Wortometer in conjunction with the GrainFather App to log your cooling performance. The unit features standard 1/2" (13mm) connections compatible with most brewery hosing. Sanitize by recirculating hot wort (above 180°F) or Star San through the unit for 5 minutes before the cooling cycle begins. Ensure the display is oriented for easy reading during the transfer.
