Maintenance Tip: XS shanks are the premier choice for custom fabricated prep tables. Periodically check the spout swivel O-rings and apply food-grade silicone grease to maintain effortless 360-degree rotation. During installation, ensures the short shanks are tightened into structural backing to prevents manifold movement under the torque of the riser. Polished chrome finish is resistant to grease and high-heat sanitizing common in professional kitchens. Flush lines thoroughly.
