Maintenance Pro-Tip: The B-1122 is a lifetime industrial fixture with a fully replaceable internal cartridge. Periodically check the spout swivel nut for tightness and lubricate the O-rings with food-grade silicone grease to maintain smooth movement. During installation, ensures the mounting shanks are anchored firmly beneath the deck to prevents manifold torque under torque. Polished chrome finish is resistant to grease and high heat. Always use fresh gaskets for a leak-proof counter seal.
