Culinary Care Tip: To maintain the mirror finish and non-reactive properties, hand-wash with non-abrasive cleaners. The aluminum-clad base makes this pan ideal for induction cooktops but it performs equally well on gas and electric ranges. To prevent warping, always allow the pan to cool slightly before placing it under cold water.
