The Winco FFB-2 is a French fry bagger with dual handles and stainless steel scoop, the speed tool for QSR fry portioning. Both handles work together to scoop fries from the dump station, hold them in the scoop, and pour them into bags or boats without the burn risk of grabbing hot fries by hand. Standard issue at every fast-food chain running fry stations at volume.

Why Dual Handles

Single-scoop bagger designs require holding the bag with one hand while scooping with the other - which becomes awkward when the bag opening is small or when portioning into a fry boat. Dual-handle bagger designs let the operator scoop with one hand, dump into the bag held by the other, and reset in one motion. At a 200-bag-per-hour fry station, the few seconds saved per portion add up to meaningful labor savings.

Bakelite Handles

Bakelite handles handle the heat from fries straight out of the fryer (typically held at 175 F in the dump station) without conducting heat to the operator's hands. Plastic handles would melt or warp; bare metal handles would burn. Bakelite is the standard for this application.

Care

Dishwasher safe. Hand-wash extends the life of the bakelite handles which can develop micro-cracks under repeated thermal cycling in commercial dishwashers. Replace when handles develop visible cracks - cracked bakelite is a contamination risk.
