OEM 18-1/8" chrome-plated wire oven rack, the direct replacement pan grate for Winco's ECO-500 half-size convection oven. When the original rack warps, loses its chrome plating, or develops rust spots after years of high-heat service, this is the drop-in part. Adds capacity when used as a second rack in single-rack installs.
Technician's Note: Chrome-plated racks are dishwasher safe but the plating thins faster under repeated high-pH (caustic) wash cycles. Hand wash with a non-abrasive detergent if you want maximum service life. If you're seeing rust bloom through the chrome, the underlying steel is exposed and food contact is no longer food-safe; replace the rack rather than re-plating. Confirm fitment by measuring the original rack OD before ordering. Winco has multiple half-size convection models and not all share the same internal width.
